Our Purpose

ALEAN is a non-profit organization organized for the following purposes: To facilitate communication of law enforcement administrative leaders and intelligence officers of airport law enforcement agencies to address mutual problems common to the field of airport law enforcement and security. To actively provide input in the formulation of public policy concerning matters of civil aviation security, through active partnerships with governmental agencies and fellow industry associations, and by sharing its expertise with elected officials and governmental agencies. To promote, sponsor and conduct a regular information-sharing network for the benefit of airport law enforcement officers throughout the World.

Brainseed Global Aviation Services and The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey have partnered to provide an airport law enforcement seminar created specifically for airport professionals. Both organizations are pleased to present this two-day  seminar, February 23-24, at the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey training facility at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York, NY. ALEAN President Steve Deel, the Chief of Police at Dallas/Ft. Worth Int’l Airport is the scheduled Keynote Speaker on Thursday, February 23rd. President Deel will highlight current airport law enforcement trends, provide an update on ALEAN’s activities.  Attached is a copy of the registration information and detailed agenda  for your perusal.

Welcome to the ALEAN website.  ALEAN is a professional organization dedicated to the delivery of quality law enforcement services both in the United States and Internationally. Regular membership is open to professionals who provide law enforcement services to airports in the United States.  Associate membership is open to law enforcement agencies protecting international airports outside of the U.S. as well as Federal and National agencies involved in aviation security.  ALEAN invites new members to join the organization.
