ALEAN 2022 Fall Conference

On behalf of the ALEAN Officers and Board of Directors, you are invited to join us at the 2021 ALEAN Fall Conference to be held at Omni La Mansion del Rio Hotel, 112 College St., San Antonio, TX 78205.

The Conference will convene September 26th, 2022 with the Board Meeting (Board Members & Staff only) and Committee Meetings (Committee Members only). 

Conference sessions for the general attendees are scheduled for September 27th and 28th, 2022. There will be a guided tour of the TSA Lackland K9 training facilities on Thursday, September 29th, 2022 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

CONFERENCE FEES: The registration fee for this conference is $400.00 (U.S. Dollars) per attendee. A $500.00 fee will be charged to attendees registering after August 26th, 2022.

ATTENDEES MUST MAKE THEIR OWN HOTEL RESERVATIONS.  The Cut-off Date for making reservations at the conference rate is Friday, August 26th, 2022. Rooms may sell out before this date, so be sure to make your reservations today!

**ROOM RATES**  ALEAN has a block of rooms at the conference rate as follows:

Sunday (September 25, 2022) – Wednesday (September 28, 2022) - $199 per night plus 18% tax. 

**By making hotel registrations using the ALEAN booking link or the conference promo code, you are authorizing OMNI La Mansion del Rio Hotel to share registration information (Name and dates of reservation) with ALEAN. The ALEAN conference coordinators use this information solely for coordinating conference attendee and hotel reservation numbers.**

CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES   The attendees to the conference will be responsible for providing their own transportation and entertainment, outside the actual conference meeting times.  There is ground transportation to and from the airport to the conference location.  We look forward to seeing you in San Antonio.   Remember to send in your registration early, and make your hotel reservations.
