On behalf of the ALEAN Officers and Board of Directors, you are invited to join us at the 2025 ALEAN Spring Conference. The Conference is open to ALEAN Members and Guests only.
May 5 Board Meeting (Board Members/Staff only) and Committee Meetings (Committee Members only).
May 6 & 7 Conference sessions for the general membership
REGISTER The registration fee for this conference is $800.00 (U.S. Dollars) per attendee. Use the MEMBER CENTER AT WWW.ALEAN.COM. to register.
HOTEL BOOK EARLY. We expect the hotel block to fill quickly!
ALEAN has reserved rooms at The Westin Downtown Denver hotel for Sunday, May 4th – Thursday, May 8th. The discounted hotel rate is $280 per night plus 15.75% tax (local and state tax is subject to change).

The last day to reserve your room at the discounted rate is Monday, April 14th, 2025.
Rooms may sell out at the discounted rate before the booking deadline. We encourage you to reserve your room early.
**By making hotel registrations using the ALEAN booking link or the conference promo code, you are authorizing The Westin Denver Downtown Hotel to share registration information (Name and dates of reservation) with ALEAN. The ALEAN conference coordinators use this information solely for coordinating conference attendee and hotel reservation numbers.**

CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES Conference attendees will be responsible for providing their transportation and entertainment, outside the actual conference meeting times and activities.
