On behalf of the ALEAN Officers and Board of Directors, you are invited to join us at the 2026 ALEAN Spring Conference. The Conference is open to ALEAN Members and Guests only.
May 5 Board Meeting (Board Members/Staff only) and Committee Meetings (Committee Members only).
May 6 & 7 Conference sessions for the general membership

ALEAN has reserved rooms at Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center hotel for Monday, May 4th – Thursday, May 7th. The discounted hotel rate is $239 per night plus $25 daily destination fee and 13.5% tax (destination fee, local and state tax is subject to change).

Rooms may sell out at the discounted rate before the booking deadline. We encourage you to reserve your room early.

CONFERENCE ACTIVITIES Conference attendees will be responsible for providing their transportation and entertainment, outside the actual conference meeting times and activities.
